Welcome to my Beauty, Skincare, health and fitness Life/ blog...

Iv set this up to share my tips and tricks- All things Beauty Fitness Nutrition and Travel Because all 4 are my passion :)

I am a qualified Beauty Therapist/Esthetician/Beautician, Whatever you want to call it. (But I do prefer to call myself a Beauty Therapist)
The Beauty Industry has quite the 'BIMBO' type label and I hate this. ( BUT in advance I do apologise for spelling and grammar!) I love every aspect of my job and I can tell you its not all about waxing eyebrows and painting nails.

My love is with the skin and Holistic side of the industry. I believe if you truly look after yourself from within- you will feel and look good for longer. Massage and Facials are crucial for every man and woman. The human body is so powerful and we must remember to treat it well. There are so many treatments out there that people are so unaware of having and that could help so many people who are suffering from different illnesses or pains. Such treatments are Acupuncture, Reflexology, Reki, Craniology and many more that I will further Explain.

Fitness has become a big thing for me just this year. I had been joined a gym before for 1 year and went just Twice. How shocking is that! Iv always had a sustainable weight but after travelling for over a year and eating bad food and Ice Cream 3 times a day (VOM) I put on some weight that I never had before and I just didnt feel like me. January 2014 I joined my Local Gym - Oakgrove Leisure in Mahon and iv been really enjoying my Bootcamp classes and just learning how to do an actual squat, do a proper Dead Lift and Lift a decent size weight (Iv gone up to a 12kg kettle bell now!) After a workout Im a different girl- I feel like superwoman and I just get this whole new burst of energy even tho Ill be looking like a dead tomatoe ! Working out is fun, I love seeing the change in my body and I love wearing gym clothes!! (Haha)!

Nutrition has always been an interest of mine. I Love eating healthy. Monday to Friday Im 80% healthy and Come Friday evening to Sunday afternoon Im 20% Indulge. I did a 3 month Nutrition Course in UCC this year just to find out more about food labelling and ingredients and just some hidden things we aren't aware of about what goes into some foods. Juicing, Spinach and Kale, Chia Seeds and Coconut water have become quite dominant in my life this year! Now im not going to lie and say I dont eat Maccy D's or Domino's or drink coke, because I do. But I know when enough is enough. And lifes to short not to enjoy a treat!!

Travel  Ah!! Travelling.... My other favourite thing to do... I spent 9 months travelling and working on a 5 Star luxurious Cruise Liner last year. I was the Skin Care Analyst in the Spa. Our Ship held 2.000 passengers and 2.000 Crew. My Home port for 3 months was Circular Quay in Beautiful Sydney. My last 6 months on the ship our home port was Alaska. I have visited places I never knew existed and seen some spectacular things. New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii, Canada been just some stops.

This Blog is purely for me to share all my information with people with similar interests of mine. I hope you enjoy and Happy Reading and researching and trying out some new things!!

Best Skincare Advise
