Olive Oil is rich in antioxidants which help fight free radicals that can cause damage to the cells in our body.

Health Benefits;

1. Prevention against illnesses such as cancer
2. Improve health issues such as obesity, diabetes and blood pressure
3. It is high in monounsaturated Fat which doesn't oxidise in the body.
4. Because the oil flows naturally from the olive, the vitamins and natural ingredients aren't destroyed with chemicals or preservatives

Other ways to use Olive Oil.
(Keep a bottle with all your other beauty products & trust me, you will find some ways to use it!)

1. As an eye makeup remover. (Dampen some cotton and pour 2-3 drops on it and gently take away any eye shadow, mascara or eyeliner.) REALLY good for waterproof and tough

2. Mix with some sugar and lemon- to make the perfect scrub. SO simple but SO good. Apply to body and face (damp skin).

3. Use as lip care for chapped or dry lips.

4. Tame frizz. Allot of hair serums are made from oils. Try a few drops to the end of your hair to maintain frizz and split ends. (Don't over do it or you'll look like your head was in the frying pan)

5. As a body moisturiser. Olive oil is rich in Vitamin E, lather yourself in it after a bath or shower.

6. Perfect for your cuticles. Keep them neat and tidy by rubbing in a little oil to them.
