Let me tell you the best ways to Protect and Nourish your skin this winter.




When winter hits we all have to make some changes when it comes to looking after our skin. Even the lads.
The Cold winter air has extremely low moisture content, so low that it steals moisture from our skin which can lead to dry, itchy skin. To protect against this, you need to maintain a barrier between your skin and the harsh weather outside.

What you can do?

1. Commit to Cleansing
Ditch the make up wipes Ladies they are doing your skin no favours. Use a cleansing milk to clean your skin day and night and as makeup remover.

2. Moisturise More
Switch your day and Night moisturiser to a richer cream when it comes to winter. (Note: Your Moisturiser is useless if your skin is not thoroughly cleansed)

3. Deal with Dryness
Exfoliate your skin with a scrub two-three times a week to remove dead skin cells, which will leave your skin feeling softer.
Apply a Hydrating Face Mask to your face, neck and chest two-three times a week and leave for 15-20 minutes. This will instantly improve the complexion of your skin.

4. Perfect Protection
Sun Protection Factor is not just for when the sun is out. The suns rays are still there even behind those clouds. SPF should be used all year round, pat on to the skin after your moisturiser. This will protect the skin against harmful environmental factors.

5. Lovely Lips
Exfoliate your lips gently when they are feeling dry. Apply some lip balm on a daily basis to keep them hydrated and free from the chapped look.
