Hey ladies, do you want to know how to maintain a clear complexion?

I know alot of you are limited with time so makeup wipes become your bffs but take a sconce below and see if you can add some of these steps into you daily routine.

I know it may seem like a billion steps, but try it for a week and you will see the benefits.

You are going to see two examples of products below each step. Picture no1: is Beauty on a Budget. For Normal/young skin. Picture no2: is a more expensive product for Anti ageing/concerned skin.

In The Morning:

Just like breakfast your morning skincare routine sets you up for the day ahead.


Step 1: Eye Gel (Anti-Puff)
Fluids collect under the eyes when you have spent hours laying horizontally. A hydrating gel can flatten them out.

Step 2: Antioxidants
Serums packed with vitamins C,E and green or white tea fight free radicals that cause lines and spots to appear on the skin.

Step 3: SPF (Suncream)
This doesn't just protect against the suns uv rays, but it helps protect skin from the environment, car fumes, smoking, freezing temperatures and air conditioning. Don't skip this part.
Try a BB cream for protection, Hydration and a Tint.

Step 4: Midday Moisture
After lunch, the moisturiser you applied that morning has lost its power. Keep hydrated by spritzing your face throughout the day. Keep this in your bag. Those working in air conditioning or on sun/ski holidays will love this.

Before Bed:
As you sleep, your body and skin start to repair itself. These steps below enhance our skin regenerating cycle:

Step 1: Night Serum
Post cleansing- apply a correcting stimulating serum.
Helping to boost cell renewal

Step 2: Eye Cream
The thicker the cream the better- helping to plump fine lines and wrinkles.

Step 3: Night Cream
Skin continuously looses water, even as you sleep. So the thicker and richer cream the better to prevent dehydration.
