Skin care ingredients Part 1:

There are an incredible amount of skin care products out there at the moment and it is so hard for one to know and understand which ones are the best for ‘Their’ skin type.

Most Skin Care brands have fancy packaging or state ‘Will Improve_______’ on the front etc. But this is ALL advertising. They want you to buy their product. Many products today still contain harsh chemicals, parabens and preservatives that are not good for our skin or our wellbeing.

Some product brands are better than others, and to find out which ones are the best you need to read the back of the product and get familiar with what’s inside. Which Ingredients are GOOD and the ones to AVOID.

I’m hoping with this post you will learn how to shop for your next skin care product correctly. IGNORE what it says on the front, TURN it over and study the back list of ingredients before you buy.

I know the ingredients on the back of the bottle can be so small and hard to read on some brands BUT this must be done for your own health and wellbeing. If you have been having a skin concern of some sort for quite some time now it could most defiantly be down to the products you’ve been using and what ingredients are inside.

There are 1000’s of ingredients out there so I am going to keep this short and sweet and explain the ones I have come across and learnt about during my experience in the beauty industry. Feel free to comment below with any ingredients you have had good or bad experiences with.
