1.Never Sleep in your Make-up. It will clog your pores and cause underlying congestion & breakouts.

2.Cleanse & Moisturise everyday twice a day. Use good quality products for your skin type. Everyone's skin is different. 

3. Exfoliate x2 week and Apply a mask 1-2 week. To remove dead skin build up, and tighten and firm the skin.

4. Drink plenty of water. We all know how important drinking water is for the body, same goes for the skin. It will help to keep skin hydrated.

 5. Eat fresh fruit & Vegetables. A diet high in good nutritious food shows on the outside, helping our skin to look its best.

6.Avoid Using Make-up Wipes. They strip and dehydrate your skin. 

7. Beauty sleep is a thing- our skin regenerates as we sleep. 

8.Never apply body products to the face. The skin on our body is much thicker than on our face and can handle heavier more abrasive products.

9.Always wear SPF no matter what the weather. SPF protects our skin from everything.It blocks the UV rays from damaging and ageing our skin.

 10. Clean make-up brushes every few days and change pillow cases regularly. To remove bacteria build up which could cause congestion and breakouts on the skin.
