Advanced Nutrition Programme Vitamin A and Omega + Supplements.

''A healthy outside starts from a healthy inside''

If you follow me on snap chat Guerinkatie & Instagram thebeautymind_ then you will have seen a few snaps of these supplements over the past few weeks. I have been getting lots of questions from people wondering about them and what is the difference between the regular ones you can buy in other stores.

The brand 'Advanced Nutrition programme' is one of the highest quality supplements you can buy. They work with the
IIAA(International Institute for Anti Ageing) which is a very high standard company for skincare brands. There are so many skincare brands out there nowadays and its hard for consumers to know which brand is the best.

The IIAA works with only the best and highest quality brands. I decided to pay the little extra for this brand of skincare supplements because I trust the company where they are from. Many supplement brands can have  have a poorer source for their ingredients which makes them a little cheaper. With advanced nutrition programme, their fish oil supplier is part of a global organisation which sets the highest standards for removing environmental toxins. Their products are sustainably sourced.

I was shocked when I found out there was tar inside alot of well known branded supplements. Yes, TAR. From the ground. How disgusting is that? Its crazy what people will do just to make some money. Our health is our wealth and its very important we know what we are putting inside our bodies.Supplements are so common to take these days and most of us don't really pay attention to whats in them. Of course nobody thinks tar is in them, but it so could be...

The way to test if you're supplements are filled with tar is to pop them in the oven for 15-20 mins and if it melts, then you know tar is inside them. TAR is no good nor has any health benefits for our insides.

I have been taking 1 capsule of the omega
+ supplement and 1 capsule of the vitamin A supplement every morning with my breakfast for almost 2 months now. I cant believe the changes in my skin. The reason I started the omega + is for very dry/dehydrated skin. And of course to help promote healthy hair and nails. Omegas have lots of GOOD fats and that's what we need to keep our skin looking PLUMP and glowing. I started to take vitamin A because its the most important vitamin in skincare. Its very repairing and resurfacing to the skin so it works perfect for dry-oily-acne & ageing skin.
I'm 24, I don't have serious problematic skin. I have very dry/dehydrated skin ( which is the skin type that ages quickest and lines show up due to dehydration) I have underlying congestion sometimes on my cheeks, so even though we are all going to age and get wrinkles, I want to (and I enjoy to) look after my skin from the inside out. Protecting and nourishing my skin cells from the moment they are made to the minute they reach the surface of my skin. (Which usually takes 28 days). Its also improving the keratosis pilaris on my arms- rough red skin.

I'm really happy I tried these supplements even though they costed a little more than others. I have seen changes in my skin, and my nails are looking a little better aswel(I did stop using shellac so that also helps). But I will definitely be re-purchasing these supplements once my lot is finished.

They have alot of different types of supplements, they have a particular one for acne prone skin and I have heard amazing things about that one. You can read more on their website here..

But remember, a good diet, a proper skincare routine, products and sleep are also very important factors to getting healthier looking skin. When you take all these into consideration plus some skin supplements depending on your skin concern you will see noticeable changes in your skin.

The prices vary on which supplements you buy- I paid 36 euro for my omega plus pack, and 24 euro for my vitamin A pack. The omega plus also contains a small amount of vitamin A. The vitamin A ones contain vitamin D which is important for our bones and muscles.

60 capsules in each pack.
Take 1 a day
