5 things to make sure you do on a daily basis for your skin

Hey guys, here are some little tips that will help your skin find its GLOW.
Good skin care is so much more than just using products on a daily basis. Everyday lifestyle factors and the foods you eat really contribute to how the skin looks on the outside.

Take note of the next 5 tips!

1. Water -hydrate and keep cells alive. Flush out toxins.

2. EAT Nuts,seeds,veg & fruit- feed the skin from within. 

3. SPF- protect and prevent skin from daily damage. Our skin is exposed to daylight every single day- spf isnt just for summer.

4. Remove any makeup or build up from the day before sleep.- prevent clogging pores & breakouts.

5. Good nights sleep.- rejuvunate and relax the mind, and body. A good nights rest will repair the cells. Your skin will thank you.
