LED Light therapy treatments are amazing for the skin. LED stands for light emitting diode and they are widely used in skin clinics today.
This treatment has been proven to be effective for healing and rejuvination of the skin. It helps a wide range of concerns such as antiaging, hair loss prevention and regrowth, wound care, pain relief and much more. Its a 100% natural therapy with zero side effects.

What exactly is red light therapy?

Red light therapy is nothing like uv rays from the outside. It is a natural, alternative therapy which shines a bright red light on your skin to help you look younger, heal faster, reduce pain and bring an overall balance to your energy. You will not tan or burn under it.

How does red light therapy work?

Red light is able to penetrate the skin. Once it is absorbed in the skin the light energy is converted to cellular energy, activating the body's natural processes on a cellular level. Blood circulation is improved, menaing more oxygen is brought to the skin resulting in a brighter complexion. The fibroblast cells are stimulating which means collagen and elastin fibres (what holds our skin) are put to work showing a firmer plumper skin.

What does red light therapy do in the skin?

Its one of my favourite treatments to add on to in a facial because the results are instant.
 The skin is immediately more plump and shows a radiant glow. 
This treatment can be done as often as possible and will usually last around 15-20 minutes under the light. Its a very relaxing treatment and protection goggles may be worn on your eyes if you find the light too bright.
