EASY Night Time Skin Routine:

Make-up wipes aren’t going to do you're skin any favours and either will sleeping with make-up on. Our skin rejuvenates itself as we sleep, so what we apply to our skin before bed counts and is important.

Double Cleanse  (It is a thing)
1st Cleanse – Removal of make-up/creams/SPF. Use an oil base or cream base cleanser for this. 
2nd Cleanse – Active cleanser with AHA/BHA to deeply cleanse the pores and refine the skin.

Tone
To remove any residue of product left on the skin. Use damp cotton pads to tone the skin.

Eye care
Protect and hydrate the delicate eye area by applying eye cream or gel to the eye bone with your ring finger. (This skin is different to the rest of our skin so its important to use a separate cream)

Serum
Serums are the most active product you can use for your skin because as mentioned in my ‘’EasyMorning Skin care routine’’ serums have the smallest molecule size so they penetrate deeper in the skin. Look for active ingredients in your serums like AHA/BHA’s,Vitamin A, peptides, antioxidants and Vitamin C. The one I am currently using is Murad Retinol Youth Renewal serum which helps minimize lines and wrinkles, evens skin tone and boosts skin complexion. Too much retinol on the skin can make it dry and flakey so I only use this twice in the week.

Moisturise
Never skip this step no matter how tired you are. I am using Skin Ceuticals Triple Lipid Restore moisturiser at the moment which my skin adores! Its helping restore the skins natural barrier and self repair. Its helping with the skin’s fullness, texture and pores.
