Save your Skin this Party Season

Its the most wonderful time of year, but not so much for your skin. All the late nights, delicious treats and copious amount of alcohol can leave your skin dry, broken out and dull. Here are some tips to help you save your skin this christmas!


Up your h20:

Keep a water bottle with you during the day and aim for 2-3 litres to flush out toxins in your body and keep your skin from drying out.


Let it Glow:

Try to use face masks and eye masks once a week to help to hydrate and boost your skin. Sheet masks are my favourite because they are so easy to use and leave your skin with a nice glow. After a late night out apply a mask the next day and leave on for as long as possible. Your skin will thank you! 

Eat well and be merry:

Of course christmas is all about nice food and drinks but try and eat well when you can. Inbetween all the parties stock up on some healthy things so you won't feel guilty eating all the goodies. 

Santa is watching:

This season has no excuses for sleeping in your make-up. Incase of those really late nights reach for some wipes and do a proper cleanse in the morning, but don't sleep in it. Your pores will be clogged and breakouts can linger.


Feel good look good:

On the nights where you don't have places to be try to catch up on some beauty sleep and head to bed early. Our skin regenerates as we sleep and who doesn't want to be looking their best?


Have a great time:

Enjoy yourself. It sounds simple but it is the most important. Christmas is about being with the ones you love. Make sure you surrond yourself with the people who make you feel good because when you are happy it shows, your skin glows and your eyes brighten.
